Breakfast includes:
- Coffee, barley or chicory coffee, milk, non-dairy milks, black and green tea
- Biscuits and pain grillé
- Cocoa
- Honey
- Jams
- Fruit juices
- Apple juice
- Yogurt
- Muesli
- Fresh, seasonal fruit
- Home-made cakes

Available on request for those who prefer savoury flavours (extra cost):
- Local breads with cheese and salami from Valley Antigorio and Valley Formazza
